WALK SAFE
Safety packs and comprehensive information sheets for dog owners/walkers and anyone who feels vulnerable and would like advice on how to stay safe at home or when out alone.

About Us
Dog Walker Safety Packs
Having helped friends whose dogs were lost or stolen, we gathered a wealth of information.
Time is of the essence in these situations and our information sheet gives advice on what to do and who to contact. In addition we have provided a list of useful Apps and suggested items that you can carry to protect yourself when out walking.
As dog owners, we have been concerned about the rise in dog thefts. This led us to look for unobtrusive but effective deterrents to carry with us when out walking. We narrowed it down to two items – a high decibel whistle and a pin activated rape alarm with torch. The noise from these will alert others that you are in danger and hopefully deter a thief.
Safety Packs for Everyone
Prompted by recent news reports we then turned our attention to looking at how we could stay safe in any situation. There is an abundance of information out there, but not in one place. We have researched and collated this and created a Safety Information Sheet, packed full of ways to stay safe. Did you know you can ask for ANGELA in many pubs and staff will recognise that as a sign that you are in danger and will assist. Would you recognise the Violence at Home Hand Signal and know what to do? Do you know which stores have Safe Havens if you are in danger?

Donation included
We give a percentage of every pack sold to charity.
We share the donations between two causes.

Testimonials
What People Say
I bought this pack for my mum, as she has taken to doing a lot of walking. I was really impressed with the information provided along with the kit. This is not an alarmist reaction to current affairs, it is something which can give peace of mind, whilst raising awareness. That can only be a good thing. Good work!

I decided to buy a dog walking pack from WALKSAFE after hearing about the amount of dogs being stolen lately. I also feel vulnerable when I walk my dogs early morning or after dark on my own. Having received the pack with the alarm torch and whistle I feel much more confident knowing I have these to hand. The list that comes with the kit of who to contact is absolutely brilliant. Every eventuality has been thought about. Would highly recommend

The Walksafe pack was given to me as a present, and I have to say, with recent unease walking my dog, and in general, it gives me comfort knowing I have both the whistle and rape alarm with me. The information sheet was full of useful tips and websites to download to your phone, there is even one, which I now have on my phone, and if I scream it immediately alerts 3 people I know, and let’s them know exactly where I am. Wonderful kit and info!
